BRENDA B. REESE

Brenda B. Reese is Senior Vice President of Client & Business Relations. She works with the firm’s top trade associations, nonprofit organizations and Fortune 100 companies. An expert in government relations strategies for over 17 years, Brenda got her initial start in politics working for House Republican Conference Chairman John Boehner (R-OH), the former Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Brenda specializes in Republican House and Senate government affairs. She helps clients with executive fly-ins to Washington, DC; keynote speakers for annual meetings; site visits back home and political planning strategies. Brenda also develops high-level issue briefings complete with up-to-date information from Leadership, committee chairmen, chiefs of staff and legislative directors. Her longstanding relationships are a key asset when needing insight on a variety of legislative developments – from high-profile votes to appropriations matters. 

During her congressional and consulting career, Brenda has witnessed a changing political environment. She is in frequent contact with the National Republican Senatorial Committee and the National Republican Congressional Committee. This additional level of information helps clients tailor and adjust their political strategies in response to polling trends. 

Brenda's House Leadership experience also includes working for Congressman Jerry Lewis (R-CA), the former House Appropriations Committee Chairman. She also worked for Congressman Dick Armey (R-TX), the former House Majority Leader. Additionally, she has executive branch experience during her time with the Reagan Administration.

A native of Oklahoma, Brenda holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Oklahoma.
